Damaged, defective or wrong item? Message us within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement.
What’s covered
Share your order number and a clear photo or unboxing video. Once the issue is confirmed, we arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
Items must be unworn, unwashed and have their tags. Change of mind, the wrong size ordered and minor shade differences aren’t covered.
If we cannot replace the item, a refund is available under our replacement policy.

Can I start with just one?
Yes. One free-size salwar is ₹600, with online payment only. Choose one salwar. When you choose two or more, each is ₹450. You can mix colours or choose more than one of the same.
How can I pay?
For two free-size salwars, pay ₹900 online or ₹955 with cash on delivery. The ₹55 COD charge is added once per order.
COD is available for two or more free-size salwars. A single salwar and all custom-size orders require online payment.
How do custom sizes work?
On the custom-size page, choose your size and pant length from the options, then choose at least two salwars. Each is ₹500, with online payment only. You can review your measurements and colours before checkout.
Is the kurti included?
We sell the cotton salwar pants. The kurtis in our photos show how the colours look together and are not included.
